With homemade or carefully selected products—sandwiches, salads, hot dishes, pastries, viennoiseries, and macarons—the brand straddles the line between fast food and gourmet dining. Its modern and elegant design, combined with flexible operating formats, allows it to serve all daytime slots: breakfast, lunch, snacks, and takeaway.
The concept has already proven successful with approximately 25 locations and is available for franchises.
