With 30 years of experience in the franchise and restaurant sector, Thierry ROUSSET has held General Management and Development Management positions in major brands such as Subway®, McDonald’s®, Burger King®, Quick®, etc. but has also been a franchisee of Subway® and Dunkin’Donuts® as well as Exclusive Agent of Le Kiosque à Pizzas® for Spain and Portugal.

He also regularly works as a Franchise Expert with the United States Department of Commerce (US Department of Commerce – Commercial Law Development Program).

He founded QSR Consultant® in 2012 to offer his expertise to franchisors of all sizes and has since worked on numerous projects from London to Dubai, Istanbul to Budapest.

He has traveled on business to more than 60 countries and is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
