  • Site search and restaurant design: we support you from identifying the ideal location, with no extraction system required, through to the construction and opening of the restaurant. A restaurant typically ranges from 60 to 180 m², with an average size of approximately 90 m². More compact formats are also available, particularly for Travel Retail locations such as kiosks.

  • Training and ongoing support: initial training and daily support in development and marketing, with the possibility of becoming a multi-unit franchisee and expanding your restaurant portfolio.
